This week, I want to talk about Career Burnout.
Has it been a rough 10 months? Are you starting to lose your steam?
That could be a sign of Career Burnout.
Unfortunately, many High Achievers suffer this but don't realize it.
Here are some of the symptoms this article highlights.
1. Chronic fatigue.
2. Insomnia.
3. Forgetfulness/impaired concentration and attention
4. Physical symptoms like Increased illness, Loss of appetite.
5. Anxiety/Depression.
If you're starting to feel this way, talk to someone or make a doctor's appointment.
Do something.
