Kindfulness is self-compassion, it is embracing ourselves as we are. As important as it is to be kind to others, it’s equally important to be kind to ourselves. Being kind to yourself promotes happiness and confidence, and how you treat yourself sets the tone for how others will treat you. Self-compassion is not about becoming a better person and liking that person - it’s about liking who you are.
Ways To Practice Kindfulness:
1. Make time to do something that makes you happy.
2. Take care of your health by eating healthy and exercising.
3. Forgive yourself. We all make mistakes.
4. Respect yourself. Do not compare yourself to others.
5. Treat and pamper yourself.
