I never read CVs.
In great detail, anyway.
Most head hunters and hiring managers only spend max 12 seconds browsing Resumes
before deciding whether to read on or putting it aside (forever).
So, that's why it's important to know what exactly they're looking for.
1. Is this person's experience relevant to my role?
2. Has he been in that role long enough?
3. Does this guy seem to have a good track record?
That's exactly why you need to figure out your 'Positioning' and how you're going to market yourself,
even before you rewrite your CV.
